Triple Town is a fairly simple and fast-moving strategy game for the Kindle. Until a couple evenings ago, my highest scores were all in the 2 million to 2.5 million range. For some reason, for that one game that evening, everything went just right for me, and perhaps I was also in the proverbial “zone.” I ended up scoring 4,011,520 points, completely blowing away my best efforts until then. Maybe I should retire that game now, as I suspect it’s unlikely I’ll ever match that score again.
From the Amazon product description: “Triple Town is an original puzzle strategy game in which you try to grow the greatest possible city. The larger the city you build, the more points you score. You build your city by matching three or more game-pieces: combine three grasses to make a flower, three flowers to make a bush, three bushes to make a tree… until you’ve filled the board with houses, cathedrals and castles. Along the way, you’ll have to outwit evil barbarians and wizards who will try to block your progress.”
Have any of you beat that score, or even come close to it? Or am I the Triple Town champion of the world? (That and five dollars will get me a cup of coffee at Starbucks.)
